Our 30-day return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at info@nubreath.ca. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. There will be a 30% restocking and handling fee for all returns, which means that you will be refunded 70% of your purchase price after the return has been accepted and processed.
Damages and Issues
If you receive a defective or damaged item, or if you receive the wrong item, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded 70% of your purchase price on your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Warranty
At NuBreath, we stand behind the quality and durability of our cold plunge systems. Our products are backed by a comprehensive limited 1 year warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, subject to the terms and conditions below.
This warranty applies to NuBreath chillers and cold plunge tubs when used in accordance with the NuBreath manual and installation instructions. It covers:
- Defects in materials or manufacturing
The warranty does not cover:
- Operation in any way not explicitly described in the NuBreath manual
- Use with products not sold by NuBreath
- Custom setups not built or approved by the NuBreath team
- Exposure of the chiller to weather such as rain, snow, or temperatures below 0°C
- Fading of logo printing due to direct sunlight
- Overfilling the tub with air
- Exceeding recommended use (1 person in single size tub, 2 people in full size tub)
- Slight bowing of full size tub sides from water weight (this is normal and can be avoided by regular draining)
- Failure to clean the chiller or its internal/external filters
- Use of excessive or unapproved water treatment chemicals
To maintain warranty coverage, customers must:
- Follow all usage, cleaning, and maintenance instructions
- Use only NuBreath-approved accessories and components
- Protect the unit from extreme weather and environmental damage
Any damage or malfunction caused by failure to meet these responsibilities will void the warranty.
